PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The role of the Client Services Assistant entails providing comprehensive support to the Account Manager by executing a range of tasks. These tasks encompass the management of weekly CSD reports, facilitation of accreditation documents, creation of project codes, and active involvement in office documentation and record-keeping duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintain administration of Client Services Department pipeline reports
  • Weekly Client Services Department reports.
  • Manage Accreditation Documents (Hardcopy & through Clients Online Portal)
  • Generate Project Code through ESS and CORE portals
  • Maintains the office documentation and/or record-keeping system for the Manager and to ensure efficient documentation for storage and retrieval.
  • Monitors office supplies and requests for replenishment when needed.
  • Develop draft proposals by instruction of the Account Managers.
