Context and purpose of the job


We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to support the Client Service Manager in the development and continuous improvement of the Worldwide Omnichannel Client Service strategy, ensuring a luxury, personalized and data-driven client experience.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze Worldwide Client Service performance (SLA, KPls, E2E case analysis) through quantitative and qualitative deep dives, identifying root causes, performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, giving context and meaning to numbers through continuous interaction with Regions and Hubs

  • Proactively identify corrective actions and optimization initiatives, ensuring timely implementation in collaboration with Regions and internal stakeholders
