We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to support the Client Service Manager in the development and continuous improvement of the Worldwide Omnichannel Client Service strategy, ensuring a luxury, personalized and data-driven client experience.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze Worldwide Client Service performance (SLA, KPls, E2E case analysis) through quantitative and qualitative deep dives, identifying root causes, performance gaps and improvement opportunities Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, giving context and meaning to numbers through continuous interaction with Regions and HubsProactively identify corrective actions and optimization initiatives, ensuring timely implementation in collaboration with Regions and internal stakeholdersAnalyze trends, anomalies and deviations in volumes, costs and service levels vs forecast and tar...
