We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Granville West Group team in Vancouver. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in office and 2 days per week remote.

The Client Service Representative will be a part of a dynamic team that provides an exceptional client experience for Group Insurance clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Plan Administrators and Plan Members with the completion of member enrolments and changes and plan updates, as required. As a technically savvy individual, you will provide administrative support through written communications and other ad hoc duties.

The Client Service Representative will:

  • Manage day to day interaction with clients.
  • Client sizes ranging from 3 – 1000 – approximately 150 clients.
