Job Description

This role is open for a Client Service Representative at CSC, located in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia (Downtown Sector) or Wilmington, DE (US).

Hybrid work model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm AST.

We are looking for a passionate customer service professional who will act as the primary point of contact for our global B2B clients in the technology and internet/web services industry. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear guidance for clients using CSC’s domain products and digital assets.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via chat, telephone, and email.
  • Help clients manage a portfolio of domain names and digital assets, ensuring their global internet brands are secure.
