When our clients have a question, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring every interaction is a great experience with efficient, flawless service standards.

In a fast‑paced office, you’ll support a number of sales agents and be the go‑to person for questions from colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service: Handling high volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assisting team members
  • Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information

Qualifications

  • Post‑Secondary education (College or University)
  • 2 years of front‑line Customer Service experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Team‑first mentality
