Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager, you will help clients leverage ADP’s business solutions so they can focus on growing their business. You will manage a base of client accounts within the Comprehensive HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily client payroll and HR processes and escalations.
  • Lead a team comprising Payroll Consultants, Specialists, and HR Service Consultants.
  • Collaborate with ADP Canada departments such as Implementation, Sales, and Client Services.
  • Maintain metrics‑driven performance and pursue continuous improvement.
  • Build rapport with clients, establish trust, and maintain professional communication over the phone and in writing.
  • Achieve strong client satisfaction scores.
