Client Service Manager

Job Summary

PlacidWay is hiring an experienced Client Service Manager to lead a remote sales team supporting international patients and clients in the medical tourism industry. This role focuses on revenue growth, team leadership, CRM management, and closing inbound and outbound sales for global markets including the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead follow-up to deal closure
• Lead, coach, and monitor a remote sales team
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with international clients
• Track leads, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools
• Review sales KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Improve sales processes, conversion rates, and customer experience
