Client Service Manager - Aifm

• Work proactively on a portfolio of clients to support the daily activities of the funds under management
• Act as main point of contact for the clients for day‑to‑day activities and resolution of any fund‑related queries
• Set‑up and lead AIFM service review calls with clients to maintain a strong relationship
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with each of the fund delegates including portfolio managers, investment advisors, administrators and depositaries
• Ensure compliance with internal and external processes
