Demonstrated experience in a customer service and the ability to sell services to prospective clients. Experience working in aged care, community services, health or a related sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment. Sound understanding of aged care services, funding models or client pathways (or ability to quickly develop this knowledge).
