Full training on industry processes and systems will be provided. Key Responsibilities Handle and process inbound telephone and email enquiries in a timely, professional manner. Act as the primary point of contact for all vehicle maintenance and repair requests. Direct vehicles to approved suppliers and select the most suitable repair partner based on each situation.
