Minimum 1-3 year of experience in Business development or sales
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Smart, hardworking, sincere, confident, and result-oriented
- Strong knowledge of computer and IT terms
- Prior experience in staffing services/professional services industry (an added advantage)
- Identify prospective clients and new growth opportunities
- Generate new leads and convert them to revenue
- Work efficiently under pressure and within time constraints
