Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a strategic and innovative Internal Team Lead and Client Account Manager who will serve as a client account manager while also overseeing the VA team from an HR perspective. This role will involve running the relationship with the client and keeping the client satisfied, while also addressing any HR-related issues or concerns the VAs may have. On top of that, this position carries a sales component focused on surfacing and chasing chances for growth and upselling with existing clients. The person we're after will bring strong leadership skills, the ability to resolve issues, and experience in running client expectations, addressing HR-related matters for the VAs, and driving business growth.
