Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback.

Qualifications

  • 1+ Years as a Client Relations Manager or similar position
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
