Base + Comm

This position oversees the pro-active client experience for Group Retirement Services customers. You will oversee targeted communications, implementations, project management and overall service delivery. This role encompasses a National Service Plan (NSP) to the customer by working in close collaboration with the client’s decision makers.

What you will do

  • Full accountability of the client relationship including plan design, legislative, governance and investment discussions.
  • Creating and maintaining an annual business plan.
  • Collaborate with sales to support persistency and execution targets.
  • Effectively highlight areas of opportunity and growth and action to capture those.
  • Continuously assess the evolving needs of our customers and look for opportunities to cross sell products and services aligned to clients’ needs.
