Job Description
We're looking for an organised and proactive CRM Manager to drive and own adoption of HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing across our global business. This individual will use HubSpot to increase visibility of our upper-funnel activity, while supporting client teams to drive organic growth. They will also manage marketing activations via HubSpot eg. running and reporting on newsletter campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot management
- Act as global HubSpot lead, with responsibility for user management, data governance and troubleshooting.
- Develop and own CRM capabilities for assigned clients, including segmentation, lifecycle flows and personalisation through automated prompts and nudges.
- Design and implement automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns and lead scoring.
