Job Description

This position, reporting to the Associate Vice President - Group Insurance Sales, plays a key role in optimizing the post-sale client experience. It serves as a group insurance expert for sales representatives, contributes to product development, and collaborates closely with internal teams to support key files and corporate accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Client and Broker Relationship Management: Respond to service issues and escalations, ensure client and broker satisfaction, and act as a company ambassador to support retention and business growth.
  • Issue Coordination and Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues (meetings, action plans, follow-ups) while maintaining high communication standards.
