Customer Relationship Manager
Overview
Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) are key contributors to grow business and manage customers. They support the Client Partners and act as business owners for assigned accounts, managing day‑to‑day activities and P&L. They identify new and expansion opportunities, plan and close extensions, work with delivery teams to maximize renewal business, optimize resource mix, ensuring client expectations are met and establishing a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities Business- Accountable for managing, retaining and developing ASEAN Insurance accounts/portfolio and driving profitable growth
- Drives new business across multiple account assignments
- Participates in account reviews, providing educated, relevant sales, delivery or client perspectives
