We’re Hiring: Account Manager – Client Servicing (Freelance / In-House)
We’re looking for a Client Servicing professional who can act as the primary communication bridge between clients and our internal team , ensuring smooth approvals, clear feedback flow, and strong client relationships.
We are hiring for two engagement types :
Freelance Client Servicing (Remote)
Work from home
Payment: Account-wise / Monthly per client
Ideal for candidates already handling multiple accounts
In-House Client Servicing (On-Site)
Full-time office role
3 LPA - 5 LPA
Direct coordination with clients, strategists, designers & video team
Ideal for candidates who prefer structured agency environment
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients for content approvals, feedback, and updates
Maintain daily coordination via calls, WhatsApp, or email
Clearly translate client feedback into actionable internal briefs
