⚠️ This is a full-time ownership role. Not suitable for students or freshers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, disciplined follow-ups and taking complete ownership of customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts end-to-end. Success in this role is measured by existing customer sales, timely payment collections, service resolution and customer satisfaction—not just completing tasks. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day communication for assigned customer accounts. Handle customer communication through Calls, WhatsApp and Email. Take customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution. Track, follow up and close all service requests and customer complaints. Follow up outstanding payments and ensure collections within agreed credit terms. Maintain complete and accurate CRM records for customers, machines, contracts, service requests and payments.
