Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Client Relationship Executive for our Chennai Office, in an on-site capacity. The role entails building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent communication. Other responsibilities include managing client portfolios, developing strategies to enhance engagement, and addressing client needs to foster long-term loyalty and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Relations and Relationship Building for fostering trust and managing expectations.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Should possess Digital Marketing Skills which means the ability or the learnability to use applications such as Canva and Mailchimp for content creation and dissemination.
