Job Description

Client Support-Assist clients with inquiries and concerns about private banking products and services.
- Provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction. Client Meetings
- Prepare necessary documentation and follow up on action items prior and from the meetings. o E.g. expired documents like W8Ben, RPQ, VC form etc
- attend face to face meetings with clients alongside RMs if required Account Management:
- Manage and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
o Change of mailing / registered address and contact details
o Change of identification document
o POA changes, etc
- Monitor client accounts and transactions to identify opportunities and risks.
o TD & loan due
o Corporate Actions
o Credit violations
o Trade inputs, settlements and funding etc Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all client documentation meets regulatory requirements.
