Key Responsibilities:


Reception Management:

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Greet and welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to upon arrival.

Communication:
Answer and manage telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
Send daily birthday messages to clients and update relevant diaries accordingly.
Notify relevant personnel of important updates via email.
