Job Description
The Program Manager – Client Relations Specialist with 1 + year of experience will own the end-to-end management of assigned client accounts and deployed resources. This role will act as a bridge between the client and Code Vyasa resources, ensuring seamless communication, resolving grievances, maintaining engagement health, and driving long-term client satisfaction and retention.
