BDO’s Branch Banking Group plays a vital role in providing comprehensive and personalized banking experience to its customers, leveraging its extensive network of over 1,500 branches across the country and digital innovations to achieve its vision of being the leading Philippine Bank and Financial Services Company.
As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for the daily lobby management operations and provides assistant to the Branch head in marketing the Bank’s and affiliates products and services. You will also provide active customer service to the clients by ensuring to manage lobby traffic in the branch as well as direct/ educate clients to use alternative electronic channels (i.e. the branch’s digital machines).
