Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via call, email, and chat.

- Provide functional support for Cygnet’s GST and Compliance Products (GST filing, E invoicing, E-way bill, reconciliation, etc.).

- Guide customers on product usage, portal navigation, and basic troubleshooting.

- Assist users in understanding GST-related workflows, documentation, and system requirements.

- Coordinate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
