Client Relations Manager

An Investment company is looking for a Client Relations Manager, who will be the customers' first point of contact within the company. You will be the voice of the company, answering existing clients' questions about products and services, ensuring great customer service. We rely on our managers to provide insights that will help the company build best client‑oriented solutions and products.

Responsibilities

  • Completing face‑to‑face meetings, video, and phone calls with clients: ensuring customers are supported during the onboarding process and working with product, support, and compliance teams to meet customer expectations.
