Job Overview:
We are hiring a Client Relations & Scheduling Assistant to handle appointment confirmations, customer interactions, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm appointments with clients who booked through Facebook ads or landing pages
- Send reminder messages or calls the day before appointments
- Reach out to past clients to notify them of promotions, updates, or offers
- Make cold calls to potential leads during idle time
- Keep accurate records of calls, confirmations, and attendance in CRM or Google Sheets
- Communicate with internal teams regarding booking status and client feedback
