Reporting and Client Analysis
Help with monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) Assist in analyzing client data and CRM programs to understand what's working well Track the success of major sales events and client activities by working with retail teams Create client lists and reports as needed, and work with global teams if there are issues Share insights from data, including market and competitor information Clienteling & CRM Support
Assist retail teams with creative and logistical support for in-store events Assist with follow-up for events and programs, including client development activities Support client gifting initiatives, managing regional orders and allocations Contribution to the regional coordination of overseas events to support the client experience Compile and support on preparation of strategy and events presentation
