Client Relations & Experience Coordinator, South Asia

We're looking for a Client Relations & Experience coordinator to support the development, implementation and management of a major event. He or She will project manage the co-ordination of all aspects of assets production process, specifically in the areas of creative concepts, sourcing, logistics, and F&B coordination.

The role will be a 3 months contract role, commencing in July 2026.

• Assist in developing and implementing the major event, specifically in assets production, brand experiences, vendor management and operational duties required for the event.
• Identify, evaluate and supervise the appointed vendors (ranging from assets to F&B) to ensure the services are delivered in accordance to their agreed upon scope, roles and responsibilities, and monitor the work progress of all parties to ensure deadlines are met.
