Client Relations Associate

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course (preferably in Business or related field)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Sales-related experience of at least six (6) months is an advantage but not required
• Strong interest in sales support, telemarketing, fieldwork, and client engagement
• Possesses a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal)
• Customer-oriented with keen attention to detail
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
• Adaptable, organized, trustworthy, and confident
• A team player with a strong work ethic
