Within the Omnichannel department, based in Rome, we are searching for a Client Relation Center Manager.


The selected candidate will define and lead the global Customer Service strategy, positioning it as a premium omnichannel touchpoint that drives customer loyalty, clienteling, and conversion, while acting as the global reference for local teams to ensure consistency, innovation, and continuous improvement across all markets.
