What You’ll Do:


 

As a Client Partnership Manager, you will lead strategic client relationships and deliver measurable outcomes within the workers compensation scheme.

You will:

  • Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction

  • Develop and execute account management plans aligned to client needs

  • Monitor SLA performance and drive continuous improvement

  • Identify risks and emerging trends

  • Deliver value-added services that improve return-to-work outcomes and reduce claims costs

  • Data & Governance Programs to deliver reporting, dashboards and strategic support 
     

  • You will work closely with:

  • Claims Teams to ensure strong case management and RTW planning

  • Advisory Specialists providing technical, premium, injury partnership and risk insights

  • Intermediary networks
