Job Description
The Client & Partner Support Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality service coverage and support for advisors, partners, and plan sponsors ensuring continuity of service during absences, transitions, or vacancies in the Core Market Segment. This role provides operational support while emphasizing client satisfaction, partner retention, and operational accuracy and promoting proactive communication and collaborative problem-solving.
