Job Description

We are currently seeking a Client Partner to identify and develop business growth opportunities within an assigned portfolio of existing accounts, and ensure client satisfaction by cultivating strong, trust-based client relationships.

Responsibilities

Account Planning & Development

  • Gather client and market intelligence: industry trends, competitor activities, client business and technology strategies.
  • Support CSL to create and maintain account development plans, stakeholder maps, white space analyses, and growth strategies.
  • Support CSL leader in definition of tactics and goals to align organizational responsibility for achieving results.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders focused on business development.
