Client Order Fulfillment Executive

Description

• Work with corporate clients, partners and internal departments to understand their IT requirement and sourcing for the best package. • Respond timely to client request via system and track until closure of the request. • Respond to operational issues related to IT request deliverable and ensure end to end fulfillment. • Work with partners and internal department to ensure proper file management and data accuracy.
Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma or professional qualification in IT/Computer/Business Admin discipline. • Preferred have IT purchasing or Business Admin and Customer Services background. • Must be fluent in English and have good public speaking skills. • Candidate with have strong interpersonal skill and able to work under minimum supervision.
