The Client Operations Partner exists to eliminate that friction. Your job is to step into a client’s day, identify the work they shouldn’t be doing, and extract it quickly and confidently. Through live shadowing sessions, digital audits, and close collaboration with our in‑office VA Bench, you turn messy routines into delegated systems — often within 48 hours of signup.

This is a hands‑on, client‑facing operator role for people who enjoy moving fast, leading conversations, and turning ambiguity into action.
