The Role
We are seeking a
Client Operations Manager
to manage
administration, client experience, CRM systems, Calendly scheduling, and digital execution
, including website handling and light video support.
This role owns the systems and workflows that ensure clients are followed up consistently and that digital touchpoints are accurate and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Administration
- Manage client communications and follow-ups from enquiry through to settlement and post-settlement
- Coordinate documentation, milestones, and handovers
- Maintain clear, professional client communication
CRM & Calendly (Core Systems)
- Own the CRM system, including pipelines, records, reporting, and
automation creation - Design, build, and maintain CRM workflows and automations
