About the Role

We're hiring a Client Operations Coordinator to own everything after a client converts:
converted client → onboarded → scheduled → supported → compliant.

This role is the operational backbone of therapy services. Your job is to make sure clients are onboarded quickly, sessions happen reliably, and insurance/admin tasks don't cause chaos.

What You'll Do

  • Handle post-sale onboarding and client coordination
  • Answer and manage therapy-side client calls (intake-style + ongoing support)
  • Manage therapy scheduling + rescheduling (recurring clients, clinical flow)
  • Ensure clients receive intake packets and complete them on time
  • Manage insurance workflows:
  • verification
  • eligibility checks
  • prior authorizations
  • tracking insurance status
  • Work inside an EHR system (or equivalent) ...
