Client Operations Coordinator

We are hiring a part-time Client Operations Coordinator for a US based Influencer Management firm, to help manage and follow up on projects involving emerging and grassroots influencers. The role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, checking that assigned tasks are completed, following up with influencers, organizing project files, and preparing simple weekly updates.

This role is execution-focused and requires someone who is organized, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable communicating with different stakeholders.
