Job Description


  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and solution-oriented support

  • Manage the full order-to-cash process, from order entry to invoicing and follow-up

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as sales, supply chain, finance, and logistics

  • Monitor orders, deliveries, and potential issues, proactively identifying solutions

  • Analyze customer and operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to internal projects related to process optimization, system improvements, or customer experience

  • Support the implementation and correct use of tools and procedures (including ERP systems)



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, management, or a related field

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset combined with analytical thinking
