Job Description
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and solution-oriented support
- Manage the full order-to-cash process, from order entry to invoicing and follow-up
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as sales, supply chain, finance, and logistics
- Monitor orders, deliveries, and potential issues, proactively identifying solutions
- Analyze customer and operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Contribute to internal projects related to process optimization, system improvements, or customer experience
- Support the implementation and correct use of tools and procedures (including ERP systems)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, management, or a related field
