Client Onboarding Project Manager – Technical Integration

Responsibilities

Client Onboarding Project Manager: A key member of client onboarding team who specializes and manages the technical integration between the client ERP and the bank's delivery platform using API services. The job details are:

• Manage the technical integration between the client ERP and the banks platform in areas of cash and trade.
• Facilitate client requirement gathering sessions to understand the technical requirements for successful integration.
• Analyze clients requirements for data mapping and file translation, to create effective functional specification documentation for development.
• Prepare requirements and customer journey to illustrate client's solution using UOB's API, H2H products. Work with product managers and technology teams wherever necessary to overcome product gaps.
