Client Onboarding Partner

The Onboarding Partner is responsible for leading a successful implementation of the empleyado system. They initiate the project, identifying the key stakeholders and setting their expectations, design the implementation plan, manage project timelines, communicate project status, and close all phases of implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify project representatives to ensure proper delegation of tasks and reporting structures.
• Consistently provide progress meetings to discuss project status, present updated implementation plans, review issues and customizations.
• Convince clients to comply with at least the minimum requirements of the law by explaining the situational relevance and benefits.
• Manage gaps with client policies and procedures, including the development of the implementation approach.
• Respond to inquiries or clarifications regarding requirements, systems, processes, or policies.
