The Business Implementation team is at the apex of providing clients a seamless onboarding and transition experience, this is driven by the Client Onboarding Manager. This role will partake in presales (RFI’s, RFP’s, DD’s), take ownership of end to end onboarding of new clients, ensure the right operating model considerations, closely manage financials and collaborate to drive success across a range of stakeholders internal and external.
