As a vital member of the Personal Lines team, you will leverage your industry knowledge to guide clients in navigating their insurance needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting client visits, managing files, and maintaining key relationships with insurers. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing client retention and driving premium growth through effective upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person client visits and answer requests
• Provide daily customer service and manage client files
• Issue policies via various online insurer portals
• Review renewals and process endorsements efficiently
• Upsell appropriate coverages to contribute to growth
Requirements:
• RIBO License or equivalent in good standing
