:1. Provides timely and accurate reply to email inquiries from other units/departments/advisors and clients.
2. Ensures that the service level agreement for Client Management Group (CMG) is met at all times for SLOCPI, SLFPI, SLAMC and SLGFI.
3. Processes the following in accordance with the policies and procedures set by CMG:
- change in address and contact information
- enrolment to e-Notice and e-OR
- simple consolidation
- updating of Fatca status
- finding missing clients
- replying to phone and email inquiries
4. Generates confirmation letters in LGS.
5. Prepares transmittal for change in mailing address.
6. Ensures the following are released accurately and in a timely manner:
- confirmation letters
- Other communications as may be identified
7. Handle and encode forms received via pouch (submitted at CSC)
