Client Invoicing and Accounting Agent

In this position, you'll report to the Financial Controller and handle the preparation of monthly invoices as well as provide accounting assistance to project managers. Duties encompass processing invoices, entering receipts, and reviewing expense claims, requiring a detail-oriented mindset and deadline-driven attitude. Your contribution will enhance financial stability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and send monthly client invoices accurately
• Post client receipts and manage the billing cycle
• Reconcile transactions from corporate credit cards
• Review and correct employee expense claims as necessary
