Client Financial Services Agent

Overview

As a client financial services agent, you work closely with advisors and provide personalized support to members and clients. You assist advisors in delivering services, managing business relationships, and addressing immediate needs of members and clients through simple, rapid solutions in investment, financing, and protection, all in line with the organization’s action plan.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests and perform research as needed, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Assist colleagues in managing their agenda and emails.
• Listen to the needs of members and clients, recommending solutions that meet their expectations.
• Guide members and clients in selecting and maximizing the tools and channels they use, balancing independence and automation.
• Seize business opportunities and participate in sales development initiatives.
