Job Description
DWR Veterinary Specialists are recruiting for a part-time Client Experience Team Member. This position is a permanent role working **25 hours per week** , Monday to Friday, 5pm-10pm.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Greeting emergency clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
+ Communicating directly with our vets and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients
+ Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices
+ Checking of accounts before discharge to ensure that they are up to date and correct
+ Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice
+ Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues
+ Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.
