Support the development and growth of client accounts by promoting products and services to corporate clients of varying sizes.
Assist in generating leads, prospecting new clients, and supporting sales activities to help achieve business growth targets.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through responsive communication and ongoing support via in-person, voice, or virtual interactions.
Handle client inquiries, provide product and service information, and assist in resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
