Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls regarding cases in mid-to-advanced stages, providing specific answers about case status.
- Address queries ranging from general case updates, requests for pending documents, to questions about upcoming payments.
- Ensure the client feels confident and satisfied with their decision to trust their services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information while following internal procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the timely resolution of client issues.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, practicing active listening to fully understand client concerns.
